LIFE   ROUTINE
we live in the age of globalization, all of them are so busy, so how can we make our routine in safe life .We are busy taking care of kids, significant others, elderly parents as well as our professional lives which can include education, business, and careers.
So how do we find a balance between our life and work? For one it is important to not over extend ourselves, by overextending we can cause our bodies to wear out and our mental and spiritual states can become drained leaving us feeling emotionally exhausted.

Not all body fat is bad, but excess fat in one’s body is harmful and dangerous to some extent. A body without fat makes a man smart and stylish, and easy for every affair. Besides excess fat may cause heart disease and hardening of the arteries. A conscious man must follow some rules in which his body remains with no fat. If a man abides by some easy but regular rules, fat will never amass in his body. Here are some up to date guidelines how to keep a body fat free.
Balanced diet is a prerequisite not for giving fat a chance in human body.Consume food that contains nutrition and protein. Taking too much food at a time is one of the major causes for increasing fat. Cutting down the amount of food and take food 5 times in a day. Make a period of some Refreshment in the time between breakfast and lunch, and between lunch and dinner. Every day you take protein not more than 90 grams and vegetable more than 87.5 grams. All time you try to select meals, choosing vegetables and fruits. In morning and evening, wandering   sometime ensures sound health and sound mind which helps to continue a salubrious faultless body.
