Not all body fat is bad, but excess fat in one’s body is harmful and dangerous to some extent. A body without fat makes a man smart and stylish, and easy for every affair. Besides excess fat may cause heart disease and hardening of the arteries. A conscious man must follow some rules in which his body remains with no fat. If a man abides by some easy but regular rules, fat will never amass in his body. Here are some up to date guidelines how to keep a body fat free.
Balanced diet is a prerequisite not for giving fat a chance in human body.Consume food that contains nutrition and protein. Taking too much food at a time is one of the major causes for increasing fat. Cutting down the amount of food and take food 5 times in a day.
